BCC Observes International Mother Language Day 2026: Youth Voices on Multilingual Education

Bethany Christian College, through the joint initiative of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and the Department of Thadou-Kuki Literature, observed International Mother Language Day 2026 at the College Seminar Hall.

Aligning with the global theme, ‘Youth Voices on Multilingual Education,’ the program featured student-led discussions and cultural presentations. The event underscored BCC’s commitment to promoting linguistic diversity and inclusive education as envisioned in the NEP 2020. Faculty members and students gathered to celebrate the richness of mother tongues in shaping academic and personal identity.
