Students’s Representative Council

STUDENTS REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL (SRC) OF THE BETHANY CHRISTIAN COLLEGE

As per NAAC requirements for the upcoming IIQA & SSR Submission, it was discussed in the official meeting of IQAC Chaired by the Coordinator dated 27th March, 2024, with the approval and in the presence of the Principal, VP, DSW & IT Nodal that, Students Representative Council (SRC) has to be set up under the aegis of Dean of Students Welfare (DSW).

Principal, BCC is the President and, Vice-Principal is the Vice-President of the Students Representative Council (SRC) respectively.

Dean of Students Welfare (DSW) will be the full-time functional head of the Students Representative Council (SRC).

DSW is given authorise to select Students for Students Representative Council (SRC) Executive from each department in consultation with the faculties HoDs.

DSW need to select Incharge for different responsibility amongst the SRC Executive.

The Following are the Students Representative Council (SRC) Executive to be selected by DSW:

1. Principal, BCC, President

2. Vice-Principal, BCC, Vice-President

3. Dean of Students Welfare (DSW)

4. Councillor, SRC

5. Joint Councillor, SRC

6. Incharge, Games & Sports, SRC

7. Incharge, Literary Club (Literary Events), SRC

8. Incharge, Media Club (Media Events), SRC

9. Incharge, Debate Club (Debate & Extension), SRC

10. Incharge, Magazine (for Students), SRC

11. Incharge, Social & Culture (Cultural Club), SRC

12. Incharge, Finance & Accounts), SRC

13. Incharge, Students Common Room, SRC

The IQAC can assist the DSW & SRC in any matters.
